** About the Apartment **
Our light and airy apartment is in a block of only 8 apartments and is 3 floors up from ground level (no lift). The 2 bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 6 people with use of a double sofabed (which can sleep 2 adults) a cot is available for £10pw.
The apartment commands stunning views over the Mediterranean Sea and Benalmadena Marina dont forget your binoculars.!, has a communal garden, situated 5 minutes walk from Bonanza Square and 2 minutes walk from Flamingo Square.
The closest supermarket is a three minute walk up the hill from the apartment.
Fresh bed linen & towels (not beach towels) provided, Electricity & Water included, no final cleaning charge.

Hot/cold air conditioning provided on a meter system. 1 Euro for 2 hours.
The apartment is less than a 2 minute walk away from a main hotel which has many facilities including a restaurant, bar and swimming pool. This is open 365 days a year.
** Car not necessary as all amenities are within walking distance, unless of course you wish to explore the Costa del Sol. **

About the area:
Benalmadena is roughly 10-15 minutes from Malaga airport.
Flight time from London is just over 2 hours and 2½ hours from Manchester.
Is one of the Costa del Sols most vibrant and attractive resorts, with over 300 sunshine days per year.
Benalmadena, on the Costa del Sol, is 22 kilometres west of Malaga which can be reached by train within 30 minutes. Benalmadena is between the popular resorts of Torremolinos and Fuengirola. It is comprised of three distinct areas - Benalmadena Pueblo, the original village in the hills, Arroyo de la Miel, a bustling town of shops and businesses, and Benalmadena Costa, the vibrant area built up along the coastline.
Benalmadena Costa boasts a beautiful beach stretching for almost 10 kilometres and what is claimed to be one of the best Marinas in the world. Here, there are over 1000 berths and 200 shops, bars, restaurants, plus a new shopping centre. The architecture has Andalucian, Arabian and Indian influences. It is an attractive place to visit both during the day and at night.
Booking Conditions:
We welcome couples, mature persons and families with well behaved children. Good behaviour is expected. Sorry no young singles/groups.
No more than six people should reside in the apartment during the rental period.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking and completed booking form, dates will not be held without these. We regret the deposit is not refundable in the event of a cancellation by you. This must be signed by the lead name who is responsible for payment of the final balance. Deposits must be received within 7 working days to secure your booking. We will send you a receipt, upon cleared funds, within 7 working days and confirmation of the final balance due date, which is payable 6 weeks before your departure. (Bookings made within six weeks of arrival will require full payment in advance).
A security deposit of €225.00 or £150.00, is required to cover breakages, excess cleaning and loss of keys. The deposit is payable with the final balance. The security deposit will be refunded in full, subject to any damages or breakages to the apartment, and return of the keys, being paid for. A cheque will be returned to the Lead Name on the Booking Form, within 10 days of departure from the apartment.
Deposit, Security Deposit, Final Balance and full payment can be made in a number of ways;
GBP Cheque GBP Transfer Paypal (but this does incurr a surcharge).

The owners will not be held liable for travel cancellations or delays, or for theft, damage to personal property, personal injury or losses of any kind during your stay.
Only those named on the booking form are allowed to stay in the apartment. Name changes maybe made if agreed with the owner prior to arrival at the apartment. Under no circumstances will persons under the age of 21, be allowed to reside at the apartment without parental/adult supervision.
Check-in/out:
Any changeover day allowed.
Check-in 4pm and check-out 10.00am, however we maybe flexible on times. Luggage may be left inside the apartment, if your flight arrives before 4pm. Please contact our representative in Spain on arrival for more info.
Information on key collection/entry will be sent along with directions and information on the apartment. This will be posted separately, once the final balance has been paid.
Our representative in Spain is also available to provide help and advice if required.

Special notes Notes on prices:
Weekly prices are based on 4 persons. Extra persons £15 per person per week (Ex under 2s) Please advise at the time of Booking.
If your stay is for more than 7 nights, we charge ONLY for the days you are in residence. Letting periods which straddle two price months will be pro-rota.
10% discount for 2 weeks or more. We also offer late availability discounts were applicable, short breaks (not peak season). Discount for long winter lets are also available, please enquire for our best price.
Prices includes electricity, water and cleaning on departure are included.
For stays over 2 weeks towels and bed linen will be changed if required. A charge of 30 euros (depending on size of party) will be payable locally, please advise at the time of booking.
For arrivals into the apartment after 7pm, there will be a charge of 20.00 Euros. This is payable locally to our rep in Spain. This is to cover charges for late call out on our meet and greet service. (Were possible, keys will be sent before your holiday to an address in the UK, unless you specifically request the meet and greet service).

Cable car to the peak of Monte Calamorro at 725 metres, here you can see an eagle & horse show, the cable car takes 12 minutes and is located in Arroyo de la Miel 10 minutes away.

Malaga city is 30 minutes by train from Arroyo de la Miel station, 10 minute walk.
Marbella & Puerto Banus being 20 minutes away.
