Please contact us in case you want to book for several weeks, so we can give you a better rate.
25% of the balance owing for your stay must be paid before your stay begins.
The remaining amount must be paid at least 3 weeks before the date of your arrival. In addition, we require a 3.000 Euro refundable damage deposit, which will be returned to you on the day of your departure (provided there is no damage to the property).
Afterwards follows the explanatoin over the features of the house and the keys.
Ps: If you want for example, rent a car or you whould like food and drinks already inside the house, please ask us?
