This property has recently been completley reformed with brand new, modern kitchen and bathrooms.

Living area: There is a spacious living/dining area with fireplace (for winter only), Sitting area with leather sofas, and a large dining table for 8. We have a large TV,DVD player and SKY TV (freeview) so you wont miss soaps, Stictly or X factor while on holiday : )

Kitchen: The kitchen new and modern in style and is equipped with everything you would need on holiday, Fridge/freezer, Microwave, Gas hob, electric over, dishwasher etc. There is also an integrated coffee machine.

Bedrooms:
There are 4 bedrooms...2 have double bed, 1 has 2x singles, and another has a set of bunk beds in. Both the master bedroom and the singles room have access out to the roof terrace.

Terraces: There is a nice terrace area to the side of the house with picnic table where you can enjoy some breakfast, lunch or BBQ.

There is also a large roof terrace, nice and private and ideal for sunbathing.

Garden & Pool: There is a nice private garden and small swimming pool. We provide sunloungers and chais for the garden. The pool is illuminated at night and we also have a BBQ area.


You can walk to lots of nearby restaurants at the nearby Casino area and Banus istelf is only a 5 minute walk down the hill. The nearby Opencar supermarket caters for day to day essentials like, bread, drinks, wines etc.

A truly lovely little property in a very convenient location.

You will have a great holiday here.

Beautiful Villa, Great Location, Excellent Service, Can't Wait To Go Back

I would like to say a huge thank you to Martin for all of youe help throughout our stay at the beautiful Villa Dionne. We all had an amazing time and would definately recommended staying at Villa Dionne or any of the other villas that Martin has to offer. Cant wait to return and we will definately be booking this all over again.
