Luxury house with fantastic sea view, 2-6 pers., on 3 floors, quiet, first line on the hill of Gran Alacant, in residence GRAN VISTA.
It is a privilege to be on the first line: no neighbours and no building in front of you!
In Gran Vista there are just few bungalows which have such a view!
Main entrance with terrace / parking space, open kitchen and large light living room with sea view (wooden floor), flat screen TV (Sat. TV), DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped (water filter - reverse osmosis, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, boiler, nice dishes …).
Upstairs: 2 double bedrooms (wooden floor) with a modern bathroom (shower) (one bedroom with sea view with a double bed 160x200, one bedroom with West terrace with 2 single beds 90x200).
Downstairs: 1 double bedroom with a double bed 140x190, with direct access to the terrace and garden, a large modern bathroom with bath; a storage room with a new washing machine, iron board and iron.

GRAN VISTA is the best residence in Gran Alacant with the largest gardens, including 4 swimming pools, 2 tennis courts (free), large green recreational areas, playground for children, bar and grocery shop (drinks, bread, vegetables, fruits, Scandinavian newspapers), security guard in entrance.
There are restaurants, banks, shops, market on Thursday morning, pharmacy, medical center (English and Swedish spoken) at a walking distance and a commercial center with several supermarkets and various shops, restaurants at 5 mn by car (there is also a bus and a tourist train going there).
The Carabassi beach is situated at 1,5 km; 10-15mn walking directly from the residence. It is the nicest beach in Costa Blanca, with sand dunes, in a protected area.
Santa Pola is 10 mn drive (beaches, harbor, fish market every evening, market every Saturday morning).
Elche, at 20km, is placed on the World Heritage List with its 200.000 palm trees.
Alicante is 20 mn drive (nice restaurants and bars, castle, old city).
Alicante airport is only at 10km (but the house is not in the flightpath).
