This bright, modern apartment with high ceilings is in a recently renovated Art Nouveau building and is situated on the first floor with long balcony and plenty of light.

Two double window-doors from the balcony lead into the large modern double bedroom and sitting room with sofa. Sleeps 2 sharing and has a large bathroom, a kitchenette and separate WC. (The apartment has an open-plan layout).

The apartment has just undergone a complete refit and redecoration with a fully equipped kitchenette including a fridge, hob, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. There is also a CD/radio, Sky satellite TV with BBC, ITV, CH4 etc, multi-region DVD with DivX.

The location is excellent and very central with the nearest metro (St. Antoni) about 1-2 minutes walk. 5 minutes from Las Ramblas and University, it is within walking distance of many excellent tourist locations such as the Museum of Contemporary Art (MACBA), Gran Teatre de Liceu, Gaudis Palau Guell, Boqueria market and the trendy boutiques, galleries, bars and restuarants of the old town. 20 minutes taxi from the airport.
