Fabulous villa with heated saltwater pool, several terraces and a beautiful garden. The property is located at the luxurious residential area of Cabanyes in Calonge, just 5-10 min drive from the beach, supermarkets and stores. Optimal privacy guaranteed because of secluded fully fenced plot. Great views into the valley and towards Les Gavarres nature park. Lovely covered porch to enjoy outside meals, relax, read and watch TV.

Next to a cosy air-conditioned living-dining with direct access to the terrace and pool, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms with either air conditioning or fan, 3 bathrooms, a separate toilet and a large wardrobe for storage. The villa is equipped with wifi internet access, satellite-TV in both living and two bedrooms, DVD player, Yamaha stereo with iPhone docking, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffeemaker and a safe. Furniture, beds and equipment are all of excellent quality. For outside living you will find a BBQ, plenty of loungers, deck chairs and other garden furniture. Cars can be parked in the garage or on the drive way that is being operated by an automatic gate.

Also it is a very good starting point for trips to Barcelona, Girona, Playa d'Aro, the Dali museums and the Pyrenees. Airports are nearby (Girona 25 min, Barcelona 80 min). There are lots of possibilities for water sports, walking, fishing, horse riding and mountain biking. Walking and cycling trails start very close to the villa. For golfers : next to the challenging 27-holes Golf Costa Brava, there are some 6 more beautiful 18-holes golf courses within 30 minutes.

Excellent villa Casa Lucca in Calonge

Casa Lucca is a splendid villa located just a few minutes from the coast. The villa is new, proper and very complete. Everthing you want is available in the villa. You don't have a saeside view, but even better, a clear view into the mountains with 100% privacy.
