There is a verandah and garden patio where you can sip your favorite wines and eat Al Fresco although with so many wonderful restaurants locally and in nearby towns, where you can have a three course meal with wine, or beer, or soft drink for as little as 7 Euro's, you may prefer not to cook.
We can recommend the best places to visit.
As well as the verandah and patio there is a sun terrace on the roof, although this does house the Sky dish there is plenty of room for sunbathing.
The pool is just 25 yards away.
The kitchen is equipped with washing machine, fridge/freezer, vitreol hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster.
The bathroon has small bath with shower over and bidet, its gas boiler, so no waiting for water to heat up for showers etc.,
There is freeview Sky Tv and a DVD player and a playstation 2 with games.
There is airconditioning in lounge and double bedroom as well as ceiling fans throughout.
Supermarkets including Lidl and Aldi are just 5 minutes in the car and at the bottom of the estate is a Panaderia/cafeteria and an English bar
and a small convenience store is due to open (waiting on Spanish paperwork etc..)
There are four theme parks/ water parks very near.
There are excellent local golf courses within 10 mins, local horseriding, quadbike or landrover tours of mountain area and of course wonderful mountain villages like historic Guadalest, Orcheta and Relleu.
There is fishing both reservoir and sea available.
