Great studio with fabulous sea views. This studio is situated in an elevated position on the mountain of Puig Rom, Roses. You park at the bottom and climb the steps to reach this studio giving it some great panoramic sea views.

FREE WIFI available!

The advantage of this studio is that it is situated on it's own below a privately owned large villa and is NOT in a block of apartments. It is very peaceful!

The studio is very light and airy and gives a great feeling of outdoor living with the fantastic new wooden deck.

It is perfect for a couple, there is a double bed and a sofa bed which makes it suitable also for a family of 4.

Although being a studio, everything is in the one room, it still seems spacious compared to most studios.

The kitchen area is basic but has all you need plus there is a BBQ to enjoy outdoor cooking.

There is a separate bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. The television is available in Spanish, English, French, German.

Two large windows from the studio gives panoramic sea views which really are fantastic and stretch over to the Isle of Medes.

Here you are situated in the middle of the town and beaches of Roses and the smaller cove of Canyelles Petites.

There is so much to see and do around this area that a car is highly recommended.

You will find an information pack in the studio to suggest many places to visit and local restaurants etc.

Local sports include, sailing, windsurfing, kite-surfing, go-karting, cycling, walking, horse-riding, sky diving, tennis, swimming, scuba diving, kayaking plus many more.

You can walk down and on the coastal path to take you to the beautiful bay of Canyelles Petites and on to the next bay of Almadrava or in the other direction to Roses town and beaches.

Notes
The prices above are for 2 people, for any extra people there is a surcharge of 50€ per person maximum for family of 4. For high season a deposit of 100€/week must be paid to make the reservation, the final amount is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Cleaning is 30€ or you can clean it to the standard you found it. The security deposit of 200€ must be paid in cash on arrival and is then returned in cash on day of departure.

My husband and I with our children have lived in Roses for 7 years and rented our villa for the past 4 years which has enabled us to meet many new friends and share our great knowledge and experience of the local area.
