This luxury 2 bedroom penthouse apartment is perfectly situated only 1200 meters from Punta Prima Beach, and within easy walking distance of a variety of restaurants and bars.

There are sandy beaches within a 15min walk at Punta Prima, and blue star beaches with lifeguards at La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Campoamor.

The cosmopolitan town of Torrevieja is 4 kms, and with three championship golf coures at Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor a 10 min drive away, it is easy to see why this area has something for everyone.

The apartment has a rooftop terrace and a small terrace outside the living room from where your are overlooking at the pool and garden. Sun beds for everyone and chairs and tables on both terraces.

Inside the apartment is a fully fitted kitchen with Bosch fride, dishwasher, washing machine, cooker ect.
2 bedrooms one of them is a master bedroom, and 2 bathrooms. 1 living room with flat screen T.V. & D.V.D.
