This villa was closed for rent for a while but sinch april back to be rented!
This villa with private swimmingpool is built on a flat part in the quiet part of the hills of Cumbre del Sol. The villa has been furnished practical. The livingroom has sliding doors to the terrace. From the house and terrace you have a wonderful view. Perched high up Cumbre del Sol has spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea, Calpe, Moraira, Javea and Denia. See for yourself. This lookout spot has amazing views.

People who love golf have several places to go:
La Sella lies 15 km and the golf of Javea around 3 km. In less then 10 min walk you have several restaurants and larger shopping you can go to Benitachell and the beautiful town of Moraira 5km. Worth seeing are Valencia (115km) and Alicante (80km) and with children you have to see park Terra Mitica nearby Benidorm.

Cumbre del Sol is located in the municipality of Poble Nou de Benitachell between Javea and Moraira, only a few kilometres away from the Mediterranean motorway. From the motorway A7 exit Junction 63 Teulada and head to Moraira, as you drop down the hill past a go kart track turn left at the next roundabout towards Javea. Head along here for a mile flat round and just before it inclines there is a white arch to drive through called Cumbre del Sol.
