This villa with mixture between modern and rustic design will offer you an unforgettable holiday in one of Spain's finest locations. The villa has a large dining/living room with a dining table and 6 chairs, two sofas, Satellite TV, a DVD player and air conditioning. The kitchen has a fridge with freezer, oven with gas hobs, cofee machine, toaster, kettle, blender and two sinks. The master bedroom has a double bed (135x190cm), air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom and a large wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom has a WC, shower, bidet and sink. The other 2 bedrooms each have 2 single beds. The remaining bathroom also has a WC, shower, bidet and sink. Outside there is a large garden and pool-side terrace. Table, chairs and sunbeds are also provided. The covered pool-side terrace and built-up barbeque will provide you with great outdoor experiences. All of this in a quiet neighbourhood. A small, local supermarket can be found only 150m from the house. Well-known supermarket LIDL is only 500m from the villa.
Both the beach and the town centre are 15 minutes walking distance, 2 or 3 minutes by car. There are many things to see and do in Calpe and its neighbouring towns. Calpe, the Penyon and its long, sandy beaches will definitely not disappoint you.
