Enchanting semi-detached house in a suburb of Sitges situated on the mountains, next to Garraf Natural Park, is a luxury residential area very quiet and peaceful.
It´s located about 2 km from the beach and Sitges center.
A bus stop to Sitges and a Supermarket are placed 150 metres from the house. Also Children play area with swings, football field, basquet court are very near from the house.
Ideal to promenade and bycicle.
The swimming pool is downstairs.
Parking in the main entrance.
Spacious living room with sitting and dining area, chimnee and satellite TV. Fully equipped kitchen and toilet with bath and shower.
