Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt im Hafen von Sotogrande und nur wenige Schritte vom traumhaften Strand. Ein Auto kann man kostenfrei vor der Haustür parken. Im Haus befinden sich 2 Fahrstühle.
Ein kleiner Lebensmitteladen befindet sich in direkter Nähe.
Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer inkl. 1 Gästebett, eines davon ensuite. Beide Marmor-Badezimmer sind hell und großzügig gestaltet und verfügen über jeweils eine Dusch-Wanne, Waschbecken, BD und WC. Handtücher und Badematten sowie Bettwäsche werden selbstverständlich zur Verfügung gestellt.
Ein Schlafzimmer hat direkten Zugang zum großzügigen Balkon mit Hafenblick. Die hell und freundlich eingerichteten Schlafzimmer verfügung zusätzlich über große Einbaukleiderschränke, Kommode und Spiegel.
Die helle Küche ist voll ausgestattet.
Der lichtdurchflutete und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnraum inklusive Essecke hat direkten Zugang zum Balkon.
Flachbild TV, Dvd, Video und Radio sind vorhanden.
Eine zentrale Klimaanlage in allen Räumen kann sowohl zum kühlen als auch im Winter zum heitzen benutzt werden.
In den Schlafzimmern ist der Fußboden aus hellem Holz-Parkett, in allen übrigen Räumen aus hellem Marmor.

100% satisfaction

I was very pleased with the apartment and dealing with the owner and the local property manager. Everything worked perfectly. As to the area, I am familiar with Sotogrande from before and therefore knew what to expect. The peaceful and "refined" atmosphere suits those who are looking for relaxation in a quiet and safe environment. However, Sotogramde is not what I would recommend for families with children or for those looking for a typical holiday resort atmosphere.
