Ideal for a family with young kids looking for a beach holiday. Quiet peaceful area.

Property is fully furnished and equipped and includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, AC, Central Heating, a fireplace, 150 metre patio and flower garden, 40 metre roof terrace and barbecue. Access to a large community swimming pool and a toddler paddle pool, tennis/basketball court and lots more. Top of the range kitchen appliances, and decor included. This property can be enjoyed without costly car rentals. In addition, we can offer a multilingual babysitting service for our guests.
Please note that when you rent this property you are renting a family home. This means you will find at your disposal all the conveniences you would expect in a family home with young children. This means toys, games and space outside for the kids to run around and play and a fully equipped kitchen. The 7km sandy beach of San Juan is 600 metres away. An ultra modern tramway is a stone throw away and will take you into the centre of Alicante in 20 minutes with spectacular beach views all the way in. Heading north the tram will take you to Benidorm and up to Denia for a lovely day out.
