Our modern, comfortable property in Girasoles 1 has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms ( 1 en-suite ),1 cloakroom and 2 south- facing terraces, set in a peaceful location,and will suit couples sharing or a family.
The Campomanes Sports Marina and beach areas are a 10 min walk away.

Within a short drive are the beautifully preserved Old Town of Altea, and Calpe with its wide sandy beaches. Both towns offer a wide choice of restaurants and retail therapy !!
The theme-parks and water-parks of Benidorm are a 20 min drive away.

The property has a large living/dining area with fireplace and gives way to a stunning south-facing terrace. On this level is a cloakroom and the separate kitchen which has a large utility area.

The Master bedroom, with kingsize bed, has en-suite facilities including shower, bidet and a jacuzzi-bath.
