Services
"Casa Ruiz" is a Villa to five minutes of the town, of the beach, by car.
It is in "Urb. Las Palomas, Calle General, junto a Calle Romero Blanco". Next to old Nacional Round N-340.
The place is calm and sunny.
When you arrive to the house you can park the car inside the house, in the garage.
To go in, you see a world of the flowers of diferents colours.
When you open de principal door you turn the right and you see the rooms:
1º room: it has two singles beds.
2º room: it has one single bed.
3º room: it has one double bed, with a bathroom inside.
This bathroom has a bath.
There is another bath with a shower on this floor.
The others bedrooms are on the first floor:
4º room: it has one single bed and a bathroom with shower.
5º room: it has one single bed and a bathroom with shower too.
On this floor, there is a big terrace where you can sunbathing.
If you look at your left you see de big kitchen (aprox. 40 m2) with a table and chairs for to eat something.
If you go straight on, you look the great door nazari style.
And to open it, you will see the iluminated and spacious living room of rustic and clasic style.
To go outside to the terrace you can see the impresionant it, with the flowers a lot of colours; the sun, with the light; the landscape to the beach and the town;the swimingpool, with the ring water and the birdsing.
And the end, there is a barbacoe next to the swimingpool, where you can cook roast meet o fish.
