This nice Spanish style villa is perfect for a nice relaxing holiday. The villa is right next to the comunity pool. There is a garden with private pool, living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms one with bathtub and one with shower, a seperate toilet and a car port. The villa has nice open view over the mountains and a little bit of sea view.

Altea Hills is a 24h secured urbanisation located 3km. from the town of Altea, there is a supermarket on 1 km. It is required to have a car.

We offer special prices for stays of 2 months or longer during Winter time (1st October 2011 - 31st March 2012).
This Villa can also be rented for 1 year or longer.
