Situation :
Very centric, at only 100 meters of the beach and at front of the leisure area. There are many restaurants, discos, pubs, shops, minimarkets very near to the apartment. The car is not necessary to enjoy all your time.



INTERIOR:

Bedrooms.
-One double bedrooms (135 x 200) with air conditioning, and the other one with a normal bed (1,05 x 180).

Living room.
-With a comfortable sofa-bed, seat 4 sleeps, table with 6 chairs.
TFT "Television and DVD-player

- A complete bathroom with bath tub, toilet and bidet.

Kitchen.
-Full equipped, induction cooktop , oven and microwave
small electric appliances (coffee maker, beater, toaster, etc) washing machine, dishwasher, and freezer refrigerator.

Air conditioning.
-Programmable gas central heating for winter and conditioned
Cool air in the living room and bedroom for summer.

Balcony.
-Large balcony along the entire apartment of approximately 10 meters length with table and a couple of chairs.

Several.
-Iron and iron’s table.

OUTSIDE:
- Shared swimming pool on the top of the flat but very intimate and with a 360º view of Calella.

Calella Apartment

Nice Apartment in central Calella. Good size and only 5 mins to the beach and a supermarket across the road. Air conditioned in the main bedroom and living room is very good.
