Spacious villa with Indonesian interior design with several ample indoor and outdoor living areas and beautiful views to the Mediterranean Sea, Gibraltar and Africa.Bahia de Marbella is situated in one of the most prestigious areas of Marbella, Los Monteros, only 200 metres walk to the beach. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 further bedrooms in the basement for staff or children. The maximum capacity is for 14. Marbella is at a 5 min. drive and Puerto Banus at 10 min.

The entrance leads into the luminous and ample living and dining room, with 3 different areas, and access to a large covered terrace with sea views. The pergola situated in the garden by the swimming pool is equipped with a BBQ, fridge and a toilet. The dining area is next to the modern and completely equipped kitchen with breakfast area as well. On this same floor are two bedrooms each with its own bathroom and TV.

On the upper floor is the master suite with a large living area, large tv screen and two en-suite separate bathrooms one with Jacuzzi and separate shower, and access to a terrace with incredible views to the sea and the swimming pool. On the same floor is the other master suite with ample living area, large tv screen and en-suite bathroom.

On the basement, with natural light through skylights and some windows, is an apartment for staff or children with a living room, kitchen, one bedroom and en-suite bathroom. There is as well another bedroom for staff or children with bathroom. On this same floor there is a large indoor pool 10 meters long, Jacuzzi, sauna and a fitness room. The garage for 4 cars and the laundry room are on this floor as well.

The villa is equipped with several large screen Bang & Olufsen tv, satellite channels, SKY, DVD, CD, Bang & Olufsen sound system and WI-FI Internet connection in each floor.

Additional service can be hired in advance at an extra cost.

The beach and the beach restaurant El Mangaleta are at walking distance. The nearest golf courses are Santa Clara Golf and Marbella Golf. Within 3 min. drive there are supermarkets, restaurants and bars.
