VERY NICE VILLA IN LA FUSTERA (Benissa Coast), for up to 10 persons, at only 900 mts from the sandy beach of la Fustera and supermarket, bars and restaurants and at only 4 kms from the center of Calpe and its beaches.
DISTRIBUTION: This house is built into 2 independant floors, connected by outdoor stairs.
The ground floor, pool level, has 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 singles), a bathroom, nice open kitchen connected to the living/dining room, which has a direct access to the terrace, garden and the big pool.
The upper floor has 3 bedrooms (2 double beds and 2 single), living room, a separate fully equipped kitchen with a direct access to the back garden, a bathroom, glazed terrace used as dining room and another terrace with wonderfull open views.
The plot is large, with trees, BBQ area and garden furniture. There is parking for several cars with automatic door. This very nice villa is highly recommended to large families.
