This modern 3 bed-roomed, 2 bathroom luxury detached villa sleeps 6 people comfortably, and has been thoughtfully furnished and equipped with air conditioning. It has its own private pool and large sun terraces.

The villa is accessed via secure locking gates with intercom system.

There is parking space for up to 4 cars on the driveway.

L - shaped swimming pool (8m x 4m) with roman steps and outside shower.

Spacious sun terrace adjacent the pool is fully equipped with poolside furniture.

In addition there is a rooftop solarium.

Large covered veranda with table and chairs overlooking a pool to the front and sun terrace to the side.

Main lounge: with contemporary furnishings, including 2 and 3-seater sofas and dining table to seat 6. CD player and satellite TV. Air conditioning and oscillating fan

Fully fitted kitchen: well-equipped kitchen includes large fridge/freezer, washing machine, electric oven, microwave and ceramic hob.

Master bedroom: double bed, fitted wardrobe and generous storage space, leading to en suite bathroom. Air conditioned.

Bedroom 2: double bed, fitted wardrobe. Oscillating fan

Bedroom 3: 2 single beds, fitted wardrobe. Oscillating fan

Bathroom 1: en suite to master bedroom.

Bathroom 2: Spacious family bathroom, includes bath and shower.
