Lovely detached holiday house with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom extra guest toilet and terrace with fantastic view for rent in Peña Blanquilla -Mijas on the Costa del Sol in Andalusia - Southern Spain

Mijas Costa for rent. Lovely detached holiday house with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an additional guest toilet all on 1 level. The holiday house is situated in the popular urbanization "Peña Blanquilla" in Mijas Costa. This well maintained 4 person holiday house has a cosy living room with wood-beamed ceilings, fireplace, lounge and dining area. On the terrace behind the house you find a brick barbecue and a small outdoor kitchen. This is the ideal place for a barbecue evening with your family or friends whilst watching the beautiful sunset. From the dining area you are entering a lovely terrace with terrace furniture to the front of the house. This is a the ideal place to enjoy breakfast or have a drink under the Spanish sun while enjoying the fantastic views to the sea and the beautiful surrounding. On the third, a slightly lower located, terrace are three sun beds and a parasol. The detached holiday house is furnished with a sofas, 1 armchair, dining table with 4 chairs and there is a flat screen TV with some English channels. The holiday villa is located in the quiet residential area "Peña Blanquilla" between Fuengirola and Mijas at 5 km from the beach and Fuengirola. There is a parking place on the street in front of the house. The access from the street to the slightly elevated house is by a natural stone stair. If you are looking for a quiet location but with the beach and the hustle and bustle of a seaside resort at only 10 minutes by car, then this is the ideal holiday villa.

LOCAL LEISURE:
Shopping mall, supermarket, small shops, restaurants, pubs, cafés, internet café, weekly market, park, theatre, cinema, harbor, museums.

LOCAL ACTIVITIES:
Golf, tennis, horse riding, hiking, walking, swimming, diving, water skiing, wind surfing, sailing, etc.

ACTIVITIES:
In the vicinity of the holiday apartment are ample activities such as the beautifully landscaped Zoo in Fuengirola, the water parks Aquapark Mijas and Aquapark Torremolinos, the largest theme park on the Costa del Sol the Tivoli World Park in Benalmadena, the cable car, located next to the Tivoli Park, which brings you from Benalmadena to the top of the mountain Calamorro, the Sea live in Benalmadena, the Selwo Adventure Park in Estepona, etc.

A GOLFERS PARADISE:
In the surroundings of the apartment you will find a vast array of more than 50 renowned golf courses including the Valle Romano Golf Course in Estepona, La Cala Golf (with 3 x 18 holes the largest golf course in Spain), Marbella Golf & Country Club, Los Arqueros Golf & La Quinta Golf and Country Club, etc.

THE BEACH RESORT FUENGIROLA:
The apartment is pretty centrally located in the famous resort of Fuengirola. Fuengirola is one of the major tourist development on Costa del Sol with impressive beaches and boulevard spread over a length of 8 Kilometer, and a harbour from where you can enjoy a selection of water sports. No need for the less adventurous visitor to be afraid as there´s plenty in the way of pub grub and fish and chip shops! Surprisingly in such a tourist centre you´ll still see fishermen out on their small trawlers each morning catching your evening meal. You can pass many hours wandering along the long promenade stopping at the many bars and cafés. You also can visit the remains of the Moorish Castle of Sohail on the western edge of the resort. Tuesday and Saturday is the day for shopaholics when the weekly market is set up in the centre of town. There are malls like the MIRAMAR and EL CORTE INGLES, supermarkets, pleasant shopping streets, a wide range of international restaurants to suit every taste and every budget, cozy squares with terraces, etc.

THE RESORT OF MARBELLA - PUERTO BANUS:
The luxurious and famous Marbella with his beautiful marina Puerto Banus. Marbella offers clean beaches, elegant shops such as Gucci and Armani, clubs, art, top class restaurants, sport clubs and a casino. If you think Marbella is just a tourist interest for its beach side life and Mediterranean weather, you are wrong. There is much more to see, and the best part is its “Casco Antiguo” the Old town, situated in the centre of the Marbella, and only a few hundred meters from the beach and boulevard. In the pretty narrow little streets, set in an arabesque style, and structures that date back as far as 11th century, you’ll find shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, live music, etc. The central attraction of Old Town is the Orange Square or “La Plaza de los Naranjos”. A fantastic place with lots of history. Also the metropolis of Málaga is definitely worth a visit.

Fully enclosed private garden with many terraces with privacy. On the terraces you'll find a barbecue, an outdoor kitchen, terrace furniture, three sunbeds and an umbrella.

KITCHEN:
Modern kitchen with gas hob, extractor, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, water cooker and toaster.

BEDROOMS:
Two bedrooms with wardrobe. Master bedroom with double bed, ceiling fan, door to the terrace and bathroom en-suite.

BATHROOMS:
Spacious bathroom with bath-tub with shower, bath furniture with washbasin, toilet and bidet. The bathroom is accessible from both bedrooms. Separate guest toilet in the hall.

After running our own jewellery store for more than 25 years in Holland, we thought it was about time for a radical change and a new challenge. We are living and working in Spain since 2001 and completely adapted to the Spanish way of living. What started as a service for friends and family eventually turned into our rental company Costa Andalucía Homes S.L. At this moment we rent-out about 50 holiday apartments and villas from private owners. Personal contact is the key to our service.
