Enjoy the privacy and tranquillity of this beautiful villa, with views of the sea, set in its own grounds of palm trees, yuccas, bougainvillea and cacti. Situated in a pine forest, this residential area is close to the La Fustera sandy beach (5 mins by car), supermarkets, bars and restaurants
El Lammermoor is laid out on two floors connected by a staircase, on the ground floor, there are 2 comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom, a very large sitting room leading through an arch to the dining room and a large modern kitchen with central island. One ensuite bedroom upstair with a nice terrace.
The pool is surrounded by a terrace with sun beds, an open air BBQ, bar and dining area. There is also a table tennis table.
The air conditioned villa has been tastefully and romantically furnished, with tapestries, antique pictures and lights. The villa really has every convenience for modern living.
