This modern apartment with panoramic views over the sea and mountains is situated between Fuengirola and Benalmadena, only 15 km from the airport, with very easy access from the highway.
It is 80 m2, has two bed rooms, two bathrooms and an open kitchen next to the dining room. It is ideal for 4 people. Outside the living room there is a big balcony with a table and 4 chairs, and upstairs there is a huge terrace (80 m2) with barbecue and garden furniture. The apartment is furnished in a modern Scandinavian style and has all necessary facilities:
Air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, micro oven, iron, television(with international channels), dvd player, barbecue, garden furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped.
It has it´s own parking spot.
The community gardens and pools are nicely maintained.
The apartment is situated in the prestigious area called Reserva del Higuerón, where you find tennis and padel courts and a beautiful wellness centre only 5 minutes walking from the apartment.
