BIG HOLIDAY VILLA IN BENISSA COAST (COSTA BLANCA), WITH PRIVATE POOL AND CLOSE TO THE SEA (400M) for a maximum of 10 people.
DISTRIBUTION:This villa is ideal for big groups and families. It has three floors, the main one at pool level has a spacious living room, dining room, american kitchen fully fitted, a double bedroom with bath en suite, a second double bedroom and shower room. The living room and dining room have both access to the spacious terrace with nice open views wich leads to the garden and pool area. The top floor has one double bedroom with bathroom en-suite with private balcony.
The lower floor has a second living-dinning room with an open plan kitchen, two bedrooms one with double beds the other one with singles and a shower room. This lower floor has a covered terrace too. All these floors are connected by indoor and outdoor staircases.
EXTERIOR: The 1100 m2 grounds of this villa are ideal for kids, surrounding the pool area a nice terrace with garden furniture. The parking is spacious. It has nice open views over the sea.
SITUATION: The villa is located in Cala Baladrar, in Benissa Coast (Little creek with clear waters and a small bar). 2 kms far from Moraira down town and 1 km far to Malls, drugstores ... in a nice quiet area, where you can realize all kind of activities.
