Very nice spacious villa with private pool with jacuzzi, large terrace and nice views. The property is located at the residential area of Rio de Oro, a few minutes outside Calonge, but also just 10 min drive from the beach. Optimal privacy guaranteed because of secluded garden. Next to a cosy living-dining with direct access to the balcony and fully equipped kitchen, there are 4 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a large basement with table football, TV, all sorts of toys and table tennis. The villa is equipped with internet access, plasma TV (Canal Plus) with several foreign channels, DVD, stereo, washing machine and tumble dryer. For outside living you will find a BBQ and dining table on the covered patio, an extra fridge, freezer and dishwasher, enough loungers and garden furniture. The house is facing south so the sun can be enjoyed all day long from both the balconies and terrace. Garage for 1 car, plenty of space for other cars in front of the house.

The villa is also a very good starting point for trips to Barcelona, Girona, the Dali museums and the Pyrenees. Airports are nearby (Girona 30 min, Barcelona 75 min). There are lots of possibilities for water sports, walking, fishing, horse riding and mountain biking. Walking and cycling trails start very close to the villa. For golfers : next to the challenging 27-holes Golf Costa Brava, there are some 6 more beautiful 18-holes golf courses within 30 minutes
