This has a television and dvd player, sofa etc. The front bedroom has a full length window, fitted wardrobe, with new wooden doors, double bed , etc. The second bedroom has a double bed and a chest of drawers for storage. The bathroom has a shower, bath and bidet, vanity unit, illuminated mirrors. Upstairs to the third bedroom, and access to the front terrace. The property also extends upwards to a small private garden and interesting cave/ storage unit.
Parking is available directly outside the property. A short walk to the numerous bars, plazas, and shops in Olvera.
