HOLIDAY VILLA ONE STEP FROM CALPE AND WITH A PRIVATE POOL (Costa Blanca), for maximum 10 people.

DISTRIBUTION: This villa is distributed over two floors connected by an outdoor staircase. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one with two single beds and two with double beds, one with en suite bathroom with a whirlpool tub and a bathroom with bathtub, fully equipped kitchen with a room for the washer and dryer, rustic and spacious living room with Sat Tv and fireplace. From this room you can access a large covered terrace overlooking the park of the Rock of Ifach and the sea. a furnished terrace with TV. The ground floor which is at pool level has two bedrooms, one double and one with twin beds, bathroom with shower, a kitchen open to living room.

EXTERIOR: The villa has a surface area of 200 square meters, is situated on a plot of 800 square meters, fully fenced, with a magnificent saltwater pool, which has a Jacuzzi and a beautiful fountain in the center. Outside there is a manicured garden surrounded by furnished terraces with palm trees, creating a natural environment. In one of these terraces you have the barbecue, where you can enjoy a nice dinner by the pool. To access this villa we have an automatic sliding door and space for several vehicles.

LOCATION: This villa is located near the town of Calpe, where you can find everything you need. We also have a port with a quiet sandy cove, a restaurant with international cuisine and a lovely beach bar where you can enjoy a refreshing drink at 900 meters.

OTHER: WIFI INTERNET, AIR CONDITIONING IN THE TOP THREE BEDROOMS AND TWO ROOMS, ANIMALS ALLOWED.
