House restored using environmentally friendly materials. 100% solar energy provided by 63 photovoltaic cells. The floor area of the buildings, including the annexes, is around 500m2. The house is situated on a 170,000m2 sheep farm, on a hill 131m above sea level and has magnificent views. It dates from the Arab period, a few years after the Catholic conquest of Mallorca by King James I of Aragon. Between 1229 and1231 (13th century) it was extended, creating the house we have today.
