The large and above standard quality 75 m² apartment offers our guests the following:

- large bedroom with large double bed (180cmx200cm)
- ensuite bathroom with hair dryer
- self-controlled air conditioning
- easy to use double size sofa bed in the lounge (160cmx200cm) (roll-away bed also available)
- all linens and towels supplied
- large fully equipped kitchen with full size gas range, full size oven, full size dishwasher and full size fridge/freezer. All necessary cooking utensils
- two private patio areas, one by the bedroom and one by the front entrance
- flat screen TV with over 250 satellite channels
- CD stereo system
- free wireless internet
- the property's large (8mx4m) private swimming pool
- a washing machine & dryer are available

Price Conditions
All prices are subject to change without notice.
*Attention: 20 December 2012 - 2 January 2013 = Apr - Oct prices. Confirmed bookings are accepted in the order they are received.
For each extra person over 2 persons = €5 each per night (Children under 3 are free).


Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Deposits are not required when booking with us. In doing this, either sides do not need to incur bank transfer or
credit card costs etc.

Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us greatly!

There is no cancellation fee or penalty. We trust that our guests will inform us at their earliest opportunity if a travel disruption will result in a cancellation. This we would appreciate as we could then have the possibility to rebook the room.

Check-in and Check-out Policy
Check-in after 3pm, Check-out latest 12pm (flexible if possible)

Additional Services (Prices include all taxes):
Pick-up service from/to the train station in Alora is €5 for one person and €2 for each additional person
(no maximum).

Ask us about pick-up service options from/to the airport or other locations.

For both the B&B rooms and the apartment, we could accommodate long-term rentals. Prices to be negotiated.

We are one part Norwegian and one part Canadian. A new focus in life with a new business in the Guest House arena, has brought us to the beautiful Andalusia region in Spain.

We can promise you a very relaxing and tranquil atmosphere. We can serve you in English, Norwegian, German (hopefully good enough) and very soon Spanish! Give us a try! We will work hard to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
