Fantastic Catalan villa with private pool and a big garden. The property is located at the exclusive residential area of Golf Costa Brava, but also just 10 min drive from the beach. Optimal privacy guaranteed because of secluded garden. Next to a cosy living-dining with direct access to the terrace and garden, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet. The villa is equipped with internet access, satellite-TV in both living and master bedroom, DVD players in all bedrooms, stereo, washing machine, tumble dryer. Furniture, beds and equipment are all of excellent quality. For outside living you will find a BBQ, plenty loungers and garden furniture. Drive way for several cars and automatic gate.

Also it is a very good starting point for trips to Barcelona, Girona, the Dali museums and the Pyrenees. Airports are nearby (Girona 20 min, Barcelona 75 min). There are lots of possibilities for water sports, walking, fishing, horse riding and mountain biking. Walking and cycling trails start very close to the villa. For golfers : next to the challenging 27-holes Golf Costa Brava, there are some 6 more beautiful 18-holes golf courses within 30 minutes.
