Absolutely lovely 2 bed, 2 storey fully air-conditioned villa with spectacular views from the roof terrace and within a gated community – safety for the kids, plus easy parking. There’s also a downstairs patio with covered terrace as well as a first floor sun terrace/balcony. Fully air conditioned throughout (lounge and both bedrooms) – sleep soundly in the cool whatever the temperature is outside! But there’s also heating for those cooler times of the year. Opposite the swimming pool – relax and enjoy a drink on one of the 3 terraces as you watch the kids enjoy the pool!
On the ground floor there is a spacious air-conditioned lounge, Digital TV with some UK terrestrial and satellite channels DVD, CD player, radio/cassette, books and games.
The dining area contains a dining table with 4 chairs for indoor eating.
The fully fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, fridge/freezer etc + a good array of pots, pans and utensils. There is also a useful downstairs WC on the ground floor.
Upstairs are 2 good sized bedrooms. The airconditioned master bedroom contains double bed, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, built in wardrobes and lamps. The owners have also thoughtfully included a travel cot for your comfort.
In addition, the master bedroom has a private balcony with table and chairs overlooking the pool and gardens.
The airconditioned second bedroom contains twin beds, bedside cabinet and lamp plus fitted wardrobes.
The main bathroom is also on this floor and contains bath (with shower over), bidet, WC and handbasin.
Stairs lead to a private roof terrace which catches the sun all day and there are spectacular views across to Alicante, the sea and the mountains.
The terrace also comes with all the patio furniture you’ll need - ie 3 sunloungers, dining table and chairs, parasol and BBQ - perfect for al-fresco dining - enjoy the wonderful warm evenings with a tasty outdoor meal!
But there’s also shade if you want it! – parasols are provided but there’s also the downstairs terrace and patio, and the first floor terrace/balcony which are out of the sun for parts of the day.
The beautiful communal pool (with separate kiddies pool) for residents only is complete with garden area with palm trees and a seating area for shade – the lockable gate ensures access only to resident keyholders.
Everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday, with that homely feel. A super family holiday property!
The beautiful Carabassi beach with ample parking is just a 3 minute drive away.
Shopping within a stones throw – the nearest supermarket with everything you need is just 1 minute’s walk away and there are banks and a pharmacy within 5 minute’s walk. Restaurants and bars – there are eight restaurants and four bars to choose from within 5 minutes walk – something to suit everyone! Markets – the weekly market selling local goods and produce is just a couple of minutes walk away.
