� Imposing double gates lead to the front courtyard, furnished a fountain feature and a BBQ. A set of steps lead down to the garden with orange and lemon trees. The ground floor consists of lounge, dining room and kitchen and two bedrooms. The corner front terrace is also furnished for dining with stunning views over the valley below. The stair tower leads up to the master bedroom with private terrace.
The immediate area is a select development of individually designed villas near to the Moorish castle and village development that has restaurants and a bar.

Many local fiestas in the surrounding towns including the quaint local fishing port of Garrucha.
