Charming furnished apartment of 55m² sqm in a completely renovated traditional house, high ceilings, wooden beams. Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, washing machine, fridge, oven, dish washer), spacious living room with 3 balconies, bathroom, 1 bedrooms, WIFI, satellite TV.
The house is situated in the old town, also called the 'heart' (Corazon) of Alicante. You do not need your car and can park it behind the house and leave it there during all your stay. In this district you find the most emblematic historical buildings e.g. the town hall, the church of Santa María, the Cathedral of San Nicolas de Bari, an old convent, several art museums among which the Museum of contemporary Art (Maca) and the well known archeology Museum (Marq) as well as many cosy restaurants and bars. We'll be happy to give you some recommendations.
The house is situated at a walking distance to all sightseeing's, shops, facilities, restaurants, the harbour and the beach!

Apartment in Alicante

Apartment is in "el barrio", the old quarter of Alicante, a good place for a stay - near beach and sites of interest, with the town centre a reasonable walk away. You really don't need a car unless you intend to travel out of Alicante, even then there is an excellent tram service to Benidorm and beyond.
