The villa is situated just walking distance to all the amenities of the lovely white village of Mijas with many shops and bar - restaurants.Mijas is only 6 km north of the beaches of Fuengirola. There is an excellent bus service.
There are many well-known golf courses in the area.
Málaga airport can be reached in 20 minutes by car.
The villa accomodation:
Entrance to plot throught an automatic gate to the parking -garage to the villa front pool area and garden.
The villa has two floors. The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen,two bedrooms, living room with fire place, bathroom, toliet and a spacious covered terrace. There is also a modern central heating for the winter. First floor includes two bedrooms and a full bathroom and a terrace with stunning views over the mediterranean sea and the village of Mijas.
The villa is furnished in rustic style. Beautiful garden with big trees.
In Mijas village and nearby there is a wide selection of activities for the entire family. Málaga,Fuengirola,Marbella can be reached few minutes by car. A visit to the Tourist office in Mijas is highly recommended. Enjoy a "burro" or a "calesa" ride.
