Two good size bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. Seperate kitchen, washing machine. Balcony with furniture. Mature communal garden with 2 swimmingpools and baby pool, tennis court. Short walk to the village and the beach. Quiet area. Good connection to the motorway A-7 to wards Malaga and Motril. Also buss conection in the village.
