This open plan villa has all you need for a small group to enjoy the country side, and explore the island from a central location.

It has a magnificent pool, with 2 level trampolines and a very deep end (3m), and also a shallow end (4x4 m) that will make the joy of children and adults. The swimming pool in total is a massive 12m long !!

Located at the base of the tramontana montains, is within a very short drive from the main island motorway that connects South and North (not visible or noise heard from the villa)

The villa is located 1.5Km from Inca, the 3rd largest town in Mallorca with big supermakets, restaurants and bars. This town is not hugely touristy so you still get the local prices.

The villa has a storage room for your suitcases, a complete bathroom and although is open plan, it large in size and it has a double bed (enclosed in courtains - acting as bedroom). It also has a double sofabed and two extra single beds than can be provided on demand.
