This lovely fourth floor apartment,with lift is situated in a very quiet residential area but with the thriving town of Fuengirola only minutes away. From the large front terrace there are open views to the sea and mountains, and the balcony off the main bedroom overlooks the pool and gardens.

On the ground floor there is a small supermarket which is very convienient if you do not want to go into the village or town.

There is a lovely park just behind the apartment block, with a walk that takes you to an area with breathtaking views accross Fuengirola. A rackets club, open to non members, is just down the road from the apartment.

In the village of Los Pacos ( just 3/4 mins. walk down the road from the apartment ) there are 2 supermarkets, a bread shop, butchers, chemist, hairdressers, newsagents, car hire, bank, greengrocers, ironmongers, a pizzeria and 3/4 bars and restaurants. In Los Boliches there are an abundence of restaurants, bars and cafes to suit all tastes.

The beach at Los Boliches ( about 15 mins walk from the apartment ) is very safe and family- friendly. From there, it is a lovely walk along the Paseo Maritmo into Fuengirola.

If you do not want to walk, there is a very good, regular bus service into Fuengirola with the bus stop just 1 min. from the apartment. Alternativly the coastal train runs every 30 mins. from Los Boliches. Some visitors hire a car but this is not essential.

For the more active person there are many golf courses nearby. Also watersports, including a waterpark,horse riding,tennis and boules and a cinema are all within easy access.

The main Feria in Fuengirola is from October 6th to 12th and is a truely wonderful occasion. Los Pacos itself has its own smaller ferias at Easter and September.

The towns and cities of Ronda, Granada (The Alhambra), Sevilla, Cordoba, Jerez, Gibralta and Tangiers are all an easy drive for a day out (or maybe longer). Coach trips are available.

Fuengirola is just 15 mins drive south of Malaga Airport, or there is the coastal train service that runs every 30 mins.


The apartment is furnished and equipped to a very high standard and is equipped as a home and not a holiday let.

All the mattresses are English, good quality pocket sprung and very comfortable.

The main bedroom has a 5 foot bed, built in double wardrobe, 2 bedside cabinets with drawers, a full length mirror and a door leading onto the balcony where the sun shines throughout the morning.

The second bedroom has twin beds, a built in double wardrobe and a chest of drawers with a mirror above.

Both wardrobes have plenty of hangers, suitable for all uses, for your convenience.

The bathrooms both have baths with good powerful showers over, and the large main bathroom also has a bidet.

There is a spacious hallway with double doors into the main living area. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, washing machine, electric oven, hob, extracter fan, microwave, toaster, kettle, electric citrus juicer, etc.

The large sitting room and dining area has 2 sofas and a circular dining table to seat 4 persons.

There is a LCD TV with English stations, DVD player, and radio with CD player.

Patio doors lead onto a large terrace which benefits from the early afternoon sun, through to sunset, There is a patio table with 4 chairs for alfresco dining.

Both bedrooms and living rooms have ceiling fans.

There are free standing heaters and fans for your use.

PRICES QUOTED ARE WEEKLY FOR THE APARTMENT UP TO A MAXIMUM OF 4 PERSONS AND FULLY INCLUSIVE OF WATER,ELECTRIC,CLEANING AND LAUNDRY BEFORE AND AFTER YOUR STAY.

A NON-RETURNABLE DEPOSIT OF 30% IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE THE APARTMENT AND THE BALANCE PAID IN FULL 6 WEEKS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL (WHERE APPROPRIATE).

A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF £100 IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF THE FINAL PAYMENT BEING RECEIVED. THIS WILL RETURNED TO YOU BY POST AFTER THE APARTMENT HAS BEEN SERVICED AND WE RECEIVE CONFIRMATION THAT IT WAS LEFT IN GOOD ORDER WITH NO DAMAGE.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SWIMMING POOL IS CLOSED FROM OCTOBER TO APRIL.

PLEASE ASK FOR A SPECIAL PRICE FOR STAYS OF MORE THAN 3 WEEKS. A LARGER SECURITY DEPOSIT MAY BE REQUIRED FOR LONGER BOOKINGS.

WE ARE ALAN AND HILARY ROBINSON AND WE LIVE IN TORQUAY, DEVON. I WORK AS A CASHIER IN A BANK AND ALAN IS A SELF EMPLOYED BUILDER. WE HAVE 3 CHILDREN AND 4 GRANDCHILDREN. WE HAVE BEEN COMING TO FUENGIROLA FOR 30 YEARS AS MY PARENTS LIVED IN THE TOWN UNTIL 2010. ALAN AND I BOUGHT OUR APARTMENT IN LOS PACOS IN 2004. WE LOVE THE FACT THAT IT IS IN A LOVELY VILLAGE SETTING WITH EVERYTHING CLOSE BY AND STILL A VERY SPANISH FEEL TO THE AREA. WE HOPE TO RETIRE SOON AND SPAND MORE TIME THERE.

Spanish holiday apartment

We have enjoyed this well appointed apartment for several years.It is situated in a quiet area but is within easy reach of all the facilities necessary for a stay in Fuengirola.Good bus service and local supermarket situated very near by. We would highly recommend this apartment.

A Relaxing Break

My wife and I reviewed several properties in the area and as we did not want a sea front location and you dont have to go to far in land to get a far more Spanish feel to your holiday we decided upon a weeks stay at this apartment. The booking process was easy and Mr & Mrs Robinson were very helpful responding promptly to the few questions asked of them. We were so glad with our choice the area it is in is called Los Pacos and this is like a small hamlet but with good facilities restaurants,bakers, supermarket, internet cafe & other shoping facilites ideal for a holiday break and we found the nearby tennis club welcoming. The apartment ticked all the boxes and the facilities are as described, we found it clean upon arrival, comfortable and well equipped to make your holiday stay complete. We would reccommend it to friends and family and to anyone who reads this review and to Mr & Mrs Robinson we hope that you will maintain your high standards as we will be considering a return visit.
