It is a beautiful semi-detached villa located on the heights of Lloret de Mar in a park of 5000 m2. This villa has a lot of privacy, since there is hardly any houses around. Very quiet area, ideal for nature lovers and sports. Views on the sea and the forest. The pool is against there, used by the two houses of the property. You can park your car in a parking space in front of the villa. The distance to the beaches of Lloret de Mar is 8000 meters. The nearest supermarket is 5 km away, but you have a few small shops nearby. There are two dogs and a cat who watch over the property, they are all very nice and do not disturb. There are many birds and small animals in the forest.

This villa has a lower floor where is the living room with sofa bed 2 places, the bathroom and kitchen. On the first floor you'll find an open room with a bunk bed and one twin bed. On the first floor there is also a terrace with 20 square meters where you can enjoy the sun and views of the forest and the sea
The interior is typically Spanish, functional and very bright. Inside there is an atmosphere very pleasant. The surface is 60 m2 plus a terrace of 20 m2 accessible from the first floor. This villa is ideal for a family of 4 to 6 people.

You will be welcomed in English, French and Spanish. Lloret de Mar is located at 80 km from Barcelona (1 hour by car or by train 1h20). This part of Spain has a cultural interest for its history you can find in all the surrounding villages. It is an area overflowing with vegetation, ideal for a holiday in peace in nature, biking, hiking, mushrooms in autumn (500m from the villa), etc.. The beaches of Lloret are among the most beautiful and best maintained of Spain (Blue Flag). You can choose between water sports and land activities. In addition you can taste the Catalan cuisine and wines. In the evening, Lloret has many clubs and beach bars to have fun.
