This corner penthouse (120 m2) has a wrap around terrace(90 m2) and a large solarium (85 m2), both with pergolas and sunshades.

The apartment is comfortable furnished, with airco (H/C) and open fire place for winter evenings, flatscreen TV and DVD-player.

The lounge with high ceilings with three sets of patio doors makes this room light and airy. The doors open to front and side patio (94 m2). With stonesteps you enter the solarium (85 m2). Sun-loungers, dining tables, etc. are available.

The swimming-pool, set in a tropical garden with sun-loungers and parasols is situated in front of the apartment.

There are three large double bedrooms, two bathrooms (master bedroom with ensuite bathroom). Both the master bedroom and bedroom two have patio doors leading to the front terrace.

The kitchen is fully fitted, with opening leading to the utility room with washing machine and dryer.

The property is situated front-line, on the urbanisation La Finca on the Los Arqueros Golf and Country Club, at walking distance (350 m) of the clubhouse, with excellent kitchen. Tennis, squash, paddle-tennis, fitness and sauna facilities are also available. The clubhouse has a free wifi-zone.

Los Arquiros, opened in 1991, is designed by Severiano Ballesteros and is set among steep mountains with exceptional views over the Meditteranea.

This unique location provides tranquility and is only a few minutes by car from the glamourous Puerto Banus and the fascinating towns of Marbella and Estepona. Ronda, Granada and the ”white villages” are also nice to visit.
