Buenavista apartment is a tastefully decorated house, near the beach, just 100 meters, 2 minutes by walk. Never rent before, brand new.
The apartment is situated in a quiet area near bar, restaurants, a gym, supermarkets and shops. There is not necessary to use a car, the bus stop is very close.
Roquetas de mar harbor and Castillo de Santa Ana are just 500 meters far. In summer the Santa Ana’s castle becomes an entertaining place with shows and concerts.
The house is composed of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a lounge/kitchen and a hall.
The lounge/kitchen includes a LCD TV, playstation with games, books, stereo and a comfortable sofa. The kitchen is fully-fitted and is composed of everything you need to make your stay comfortable, including a microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dry machine, etc.
The main bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. The second bedroom has a single bed and a sofa bed.
Roquetas de mar is a place where you can relax, have fun, do different sports like golf, scuba diving, windsurf or just walk or run along the beach.
