On the other side of the centre island you have dining table and chairs with settee. There is a well in the corner of the room. Stable style door leading into Conservatory, off the conservatory is Utiity room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Conservatory leads out to large walled in sun terrace, with Summer kitchen with sink, and barbeque all built in.

Xinorlet is situated 3,000' up in the middle of the marble mountains, amongst Olive groves and grapevines.
Enjoy the best of both worlds, 40 minutes away from Alicante. Algorfa golf course 30 mins. Villa martin and Campo Mar are 1 hour away.
There are numerous fiestas, Xinorlet's fiesta is 19th August to aprox 25th, with live music and dancing on the plaza in front of the house there is also fireworks display and bull runs in the fields 2mins from house.
If your interest is walking this is best done off season when its cooler. There is a Nature Park 15 minutes away. It has barbecues and shower facilities and is a must.
The house is Minutes walk from 2 restaurants and bars and mingle with the spanish at their local bar. You can also enjoy quiz nights with the british at the local bar or in pinoso at the British tapas bar.
Situated 10 Minutes from Pinoso by car and Monovar 15mins. Sax castle 20minute.
Enjoy visiting the local bodigas, sample the wine before buying, you can get 5 litres of red for about 5 euros.
There are two openair swimming pools near by in Pinoso and La Ramana. Relax at the Natural spring Spas of Fortuna and Archaena which are situated in the lunar landscape of Murcia and a 40 minute drive away but are a must.
There is also the historic side, visit the castles and sancturaries.
