“La Margarita” is a well decorated townhouse with big private garden with barbecue and a community area with pool, lawn for sunbathing and a little playground for children. It is situated in a very quiet area only 300 meters away from Cala Canyadell, a little sandy bay . In this house you can enjoy al day outside in the garden on the terrace or in the comunity area. It is very well suited for a big family with small children and maybe a pet because all the places can be very well controlled, and nobody can escape (because of the fence). On the ground floor there is the big living and dining room with way out to the terrace and the private garden, the fully equipped kitchen and a toilet.

7 people can sleep in a total of 3 bedrooms on the first floor, in one main bedroom with doble bed and a little balcony in front, and two smaller bedrooms, one with a doble bed and one with 3 single holding beds. On this floor there is one bathroom with bath tube. On top there is a room for the washing machine and a big terrace with lovely views over all the area, til the mountains and to the sea.
