RECEPTION IN AIRPORT AND WELLCOME COCKTAIL

To book this is the process:
1º Send us an email indicating you want to make a reservation, the days you want to book and the number of people staying.
2º If then we still have availability, we will send an email indicating that we have made a pre-booking, and give the data to make payment. (Pre-booking will be in force expects to get paid a week)
3° Upon receipt of payment, will receive an email receipt with the receipt of your reservation.
PAYMENT
40% when booking (non-refundable)
The remaining 60% before occupying the town
WARRANTY: The day for the keys, you must give 1,000 euros in guarantees, which will be returned when finished the rent once it is established that housing is in the same state it was delivered.
The house is delivered clean, and must be returned clean. Otherwise a charge of $ 150 cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit.
