Holiday apartment for rent in Sitges

LOCATION

Sitges is one of the best places to stay on your summer vacations, not just on the Costa Dorada, but also in the whole of Spain, and is particularly popular with holiday visitors from the UK. It is very well connected to Barcelona. Located at 40 kms south of Barcelona, you can reach the city in 30 minutes by train or by bus. It is also very close to the airport (20 minutes).

There is a lot of cultural life in the centre of Sitges, as well as plenty of shops, restaurants and services. During the high season, the town is usually closed to the traffic and you can walk anywere around all the town. All distances are very short.

The apartment is close to Port dAiguadolç, located at the north of the town. You can walk into Sitges center in 20 minutes. Inside the port, there are very good restaurants and pubs, which makes it a very good place to be also at nights.

DESCRIPTION

La Marina dAiguadolç is a very nice residencial area located at the left of Port dAiguadolç, in front of the sea. You can just step out of the apartment with your swimming trunks and your towel and go to the beach.

The apartments have also 3 tennis courts and a priviate swimming pool available for all residentials. You can do your basic shopping in a small supermarket inside the port, and you can walk into Sitges center in 20 minutes. Also, inside the port, there are many restaurants where you can eat nice paellas and typical spanish food.

CONDITIONS

25% of total price will be paid as reservation deposit in advance (non refundable).

The rest of the total payment plus another 25% as guarantee deposit will be paid two weeks before arrival.

The guarantee deposit will be returned after departure.

Costs for any damage to the house or unnecessary cleaning tasks could be discounted.
