New to the Nerja rental market, this apartment is perfect for a couple or family beach holiday.

The apartment is in a good condition and traditionally designed and furnished.

Fully equipped kitchen, good size bathroom, 2 spacious bedrooms and a huge terrace overlooking the beach.

The terrace is wonderful - new outdoors furniture including relaxed comfortable sun beds and outside dining area. Large awning providing shade in the hot summer days. The view from the terrace is looking out over Burriana Beach and the Med. Behind Capistrano Playa you see the mountains.

The kitchen equipped with new cutlery, crockery etc – great for cooking local foods and eating in.

There is an oven, microwave and fridge freezer. Both bedrooms have recently installed ceiling fans.

The beautiful Capistrano Playa complex is 5 minutes walk to Buriana beach, with shops, bars and restaurants with supervised beach decks. It’s also 15 minute walk to the city centre - classic Nerja with its narrow old streets going down to the sea.
