The terrace which is edged with flowers, has fantastic views of the mountains which ring the sheltered the mid-distance one can see the charming small seaside town of Altea. It's just ten minutes by car. The area is well provided with some excellent restaurants. Just beyond the beach is a very popular and well equipped marina with more restaurants and bars. There is a great golf course about 6 km away. Ten minutes to the North is the popular resort of Calpe with its large sandy beach. To the South (twenty minutes by car) is the large holiday resort of Benidorm. In the old town are some of the best tapas bars for many miles. For a days outing you can explore the towns and villages inland with their traditional Spanish character.
Temperatures reach an average of 25 degrees in September and October. One can enjoy a pleasant swim, as sea temperatures average 23 degrees.

Notes
Can pay in £ Sterling at current exchange rate (into a UK bank account), or in Euros into a Spanish Bank account. A deposit of 25% is required on booking. The remaining balance, plus €250 refundable security deposit, is required 4 weeks prior to arrival. If the balance is not paid by then, the booking could be cancelled and the deposit forfeited. If the apartment is re-let for the full period of the original booking, the whole deposit will be returned. The security deposit is returned 10 days after departure, less any deductions for breakages or losses.
A welcome pack is included and all guests are greeted by a local representative who will show you around the apartment.
To allow for cleaning of the apartment, it is requested that tenants depart by 11 am, at the end of their holiday, and arrive, at the start, no earlier than 3 pm. This is flexible if there are no other bookings on the same day. Arrival and departure times are subject to agreement with a neighbour who holds the keys.
