Beautiful and very cozy duplex apartment with a nice private patio at the entrance (here you have sun in the late afternoon in summer), two double bedrooms, two bathrooms (shower and bath), large living/dining area with a fireplace and an open kitchen. There is a wintergarden(terrace closed in with glass), fantastic in wintertime and another open terrace with beautiful views over the sea, the mountains and the gardens of the Urbanization. On both you have sun almost all day, specially in winter due to how the sun stands. Very calm residential area with parking infront of the apartment.
