There is a private pool (heated on demand)on a large terrace offering a barbaque and parking next to the rental is very close to the sea and five minutes´ drive to Nerja.

Nice but..........

The property overall acceptable and fairly good value for money. Unfortunately the home was infested with ants and despite our best efforts to rid ourselves of these persistent unwanted guests they continued to make themselves at home with us. Also during our second day at the home the property caretaker came by to clean the pool. He found that the terrace lights had been left on from the night before and I subsequently received and e-mail from the property owner asking me turn the terrace lights out in the evening due to the "high cost" of electricity in Spain. While I can certainly understand his concerns about the costs of doing business (i.e. the cost of electricity in Spain for Spanish landlords) as a paying customer (rather than a nonpaying quest) I don't feel that it was appropriate for these concerns to be brought to me as a paying customer during my stay.
