This beautiful, spacious and traditional Townhouse is situated right in the heart of Marbella, bordering the picturesque old-town containing the famous orange square. Less than 300 meters from the beach, and a stones throw from wonderful food and traditional Spanish markets, the property is close to all local amenities including supermarkets, commercial centers, theatre, cinema, Spa’s, gym, hairdressers, restaurants and bars.

The busy nightlife of Marbella and the many fine restaurants & tapas bars are all within very short walking distance, yet the location is conveniently and quietly removed from the hustle and bustle of Marbella.

The large and modern living space will easily fit larger groups for entertaining and dining. Fully equipped and decorated in a modern yet rustic style, the property retains its Spanish charm while providing the extensive comfort and range of facilities needed while enjoying a relaxing break.

The kitchen has all of the modern appliances needed to ensure a relaxing stay, and the eating area seats 8, with the same number again being easily seated to eat at the roof terrace dining table.

The Roof terrace itself extremely large, approximately 80 metres in size, and is perfect for relaxing in the bright of the evening with a glass of wine as the sun goes down, or for firing up the barbeque to feed family and friends.

The garage storage area is large and while not suitable for cars on account of the narrow traditional street entrance, is ideal for storing Bikes, mopeds, golf and surf equipment.
